Caroline Hankinson is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has worked in the office refurbishment industry her entire career. She has a passion for detail and ensuring that things are done in the best way possible, delivering quality on time and to budget. With business partner Daniel Jones, Caroline was responsible for the creation of Arcade in 2006.

Daniel Jones brings his engineering expertise to the business along with a life-times experience in dealing in contract and project management. With an eye for a good office design that maximises the potential of any workspace, whilst also staying within budget, he constantly provides customers with the ‘wow’ factor. He likes to deliver perfection and values trades people who understand their trade and take pride in ensuring the job is done well. He is an expert in selecting and co-ordinating the teams for each project and managing the delivery of those projects to ensure they meet, and most of the time exceed, the customer’s expectations.

Amongst our trades people we boast a wealth of skill and knowledge of people who are at the top of their game. In 2008, Arcade managed to attract a new Project Manager, who they consider to be the best joiner in the North West to the team. John Massey is a time-served joiner, who has progressed his career into the field of Project Management. He has built-up his reputation in his field of expertise following many successes in the office refurbishment and construction industries, both managing sites and ‘hands on‘ work in high profile projects. John is involved in many of Arcade’s projects and provides specialist help in the Warehouse Storage area of the business.

Our in-house team is supported by other professionals who we know well and use regularly. We employ only high quality trades people who have made a career out of their skills. We hand select the right people for each job to ensure that we delivery exactly what the client wants.
